This is a great question! To put it simply - you do not want to have to work on the day of your function! Planning the entire event without a coordinator is stressful enough! You want to be able to enjoy yourself without being pulled in several different directions or having to worry about tying up loose ends on the weeks leading up to the big day.
Many venues have coordinators that are included, which is wonderful and can be helpful! However, they are advocates for the venue and at the end of the day, you want someone in your corner; someone who understands your vision and turns it into a reality so that you can be a guest at your own party.
We pride ourselves on being transparent and working with all budgets based on your needs! We believe there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to event coordination, and feel similarly when it comes to pricing. This is YOUR day, and so you have the ability to customize your needs to fit within both your vision and your budget!
Absolutely! Any of these methods work totally fine!
